- BTD “Break Tank”, anti-pollution device, AB type.
- CAD self-cleaning cycle.
ADVANTAGE – BREAK TANK : The “break tank” is an anti-pollution device, AB type (UK standards). 1) It prevents that the tank water (with detergent) from flowing back to the distribution system. 2) Throughout the rinsing process, its pump guarantees a constant pressure, while drying and hygiene are ensured by a T° of 85°C…until the last drop of water!
ADVANTAGE – H.R.S.:
The heat recovery and steam condensation system consists of: a double-flow heat exchange coil, crossed in one direction by the cold feed water and in the other by the steam from the washing chamber, to achieve condensation.
- Low operating costs: the water T° rises up to 25°C, saving 38% in electric energy.
- Healthier working environment: by eliminating the emission of moisture into the environment, no more water vapour saturated with humidity at over 60°C.
- Easy installation: no need to install an additional extractor hood to eliminate the steam, no extra plumbing or electrical connections needed! NB: not compatible with osmosis.
ADVANTAGE – SAVE THE PLANET : Latest-generation machines, cutting-edge technologies, energy-saving, low consumption of water and detergent, thanks to the tank with a larger capacity and its “patented” filter to keep the washing water at the right temperature , as well as a high-efficiency wash pump (double flow).
ADVANTAGE – SANITISATION : This new sanitation program offers an additional guarantee thanks to a thermal disinfection phase during which the dishes are heated to a temperature of over 70°C and left there for a sufficient amount of time to reach an A0 lethality index of over 30 (sanitary standard EN 15883). This standard guarantees the elimination of certain classes of germs and bacteria. This “A0” value can be set as required and the cycle time is automatically adjusted accordingly. The level of hygiene achieved with this cycle is therefore far superior than that what a traditional washing cycle can offer.
