De HENDI Taartzaag is ontworpen in samenwerking met wereldkampioen gebak Paweł Mieszała. Deze zaag is een betrouwbare, nauwkeurige, hygiënische en zeer duurzame tool voor het correct en nauwkeurig in de lengte snijden van taart. Bedoeld voor professionals en minder ervaren patissiers, omdat het zeer eenvoudig te bedienen en schoon te houden is.

Opvallend zwart ontwerp: body gemaakt van hygiënisch geanodiseerd aluminium. Roestvaststalen mes, het enige mes op de markt met een voedselcontact certificaat, eenvoudig te verwijderen en vaatwasmachinebestendig – garandeert een hoge werkhygiëne. Bevestiging van het mes is aan beide zijden gelijk – de dop kan aan zowel de linker- als de rechterkant worden bevestigd. Uitgerust met een liniaal op het frame – voor het nauwkeurig afstellen van de dikte van de lagen: van 1 cm tot 6 cm. Voldoet aan de bakkerij standaard: 60 x 40 cm.
