Beschrijving
- Kuip GN 1/1, afmetingen 350x510xh300 mm.
NB: manden in optie.
- Uitvoering in R.V.S. AISI 304, verstelbare poten in R.V.S.
- Diepgetrokken top en waterdicht (20/10 mm) in R.V.S. AISI 304.
- Schoorsteen achteraan in roestvrij staal AISI 304.
- "Diepgetrokken" kuip in roestvrij staal AISI 316 met alle hoeken afgerond, dikte 15/10de, bestendig tegen corrosie en slijtage, uitgerust met een overloop voor opvang van zetmeelafscheiding en een dubbele geperforeerde bodem in roestvrij staal AISI 304. De watertoevoerkraan met frontale bediening, de afvoerkraan (kogel) met bediening in de kast. Een evacuatie naar het waternetwerk is te voorzien.
- Elektrische verwarming, d.m.v. gepantserde weerstanden in roestvrij staal geplaatst aan de binnenkant van de kuip, regeling door 4-standenschakelaar, toegankelijkheid aan de voorzijde voor een zeer eenvoudig onderhoud.
ADVANTAGE: Veelzijdig kooktoestel voor pasta, rijst, groenten, eieren, ... Dankzij de speciaal diepgetrokken TOP en de speciaal ontworpen geperforeerde lekbak kunnen verschillende pastamandjes worden leeggemaakt, en kan elke wateroverloop worden geblokkeerd. De kuip is uitgevoerd in roestvrij staal AISI 316 (bestendig tegen corrosie en slijtage), volledig gelast (continu), standaard uitgerust met een filter aan de uitlaat van de ontlading en een tweede filter aan de uitgang van de overloop, om de pasta die in het kookwater is gevallen tegen te houden, om zo verstopping van de leidingen te voorkomen. Op aanvraag: deksel voor kuip, waardoor het water sneller kookt !! ... evenals verschillende specifieke manden.
