Beschrijving
- Kuip GN 2/3, afmetingen 310x340xh300 mm.
NB: manden in optie.
- Uitvoering in R.V.S. AISI 304, verstelbare poten in R.V.S.
- Diepgetrokken en waterdichte top (15/10 mm) in roestvrij staal AISI 304, IPX5 waterdichtheid.
- Schoorsteen achteraan in AISI 304 roestvrij staal.
- Diepgetrokken kuip in R.V.S. AISI 316 met alle binnenhoeken afgerond voor een eenvoudig en hygiënisch onderhoud, dikte (15/10 mm), bestendig tegen corrosie en slijtage, uitgerust met een overloop voor opvang van zetmeelafscheiding. De watertoevoerkraan van de magneetventieleenheid met frontale bediening, de afvoerkraan met bediening in de kast eronder. Aansluiting op de afvoerleiding is te voorzien.
- Gasverwarming, door branders met horizontale vlam, onderaan de kuip geplaatst. Regeling van de vlam van de branders, door een gasklep, ontsteking voor waakvlam en veiligheidssysteem door thermokoppel, piëzo-elektrisch apparaat, frontale toegankelijkheid die een zeer eenvoudig onderhoud mogelijk maakt.
ADVANTAGE:
Polyvalente koker voor pasta, rijst, groenten, eieren, ... De speciaal gestempelde TOP draineert de verschillende pastamanden en vangt het overlopende water op. De kuip is uitgevoerd in AISI 316 (bestendigd tegen zout corrosie en slijtage), volledig gelast (in continu). Hij is standaard uitgerust met een filter aan de afvoeruitgang en een tweede filter aan de overloopuitgang, om de pasta die in het kookwater valt vast te houden en zo verstopping van de leidingen te voorkomen. Op aanvraag verkrijgbaar: een deksel voor de kom, om het water sneller te laten koken!! .... en een reeks speciale manden.

Mogelijkheid van rug aan rug 700+700 "BACK to BACK" of in combinatie met het gloednieuw gamma OPTIMA 900 EVO 700+900. Bovenblad in RVS AISI 304 met een dikte van 15/10 mm, rand vooraan met waterkering, diepgetrokken en waterdichte werkbladen, binnenhoeken kuipen met afgeronde hoeken, kwaliteitsonderdelen ''High Technology '' ... Onberispelijke afwerking, met zorg voor detail, een subliem design, en een perfecte en eenvoudige aflijning door middel van kop aan kop koppeling "HEAD to HEAD''.
